Add every agent in your org: new hires, trainees, seasonal bench. Registration costs nothing and there is no seat cap.

Activity accrues during the month

The desktop agent tracks real keyboard, mouse, and app activity during checked-in shifts. Time with the agent merely installed does not count toward the threshold.

Month end: count active seats

Each agent with 24+ tracked hours that month is an active seat at $7. An agent with 10 hours costs nothing. If nobody crosses the threshold, the invoice is zero.

Billing questions

What exactly counts as an active seat?
Any agent (user or computer) that logs 24 or more hours of tracked activity in a billing month. The threshold is based on actual keyboard, mouse, and app activity during checked-in shifts, not just time with the agent installed.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-boxed trial. The model is better than one. Every agent's first 24 hours of activity each month are effectively free, and you pay nothing until seats cross the threshold. Create an account without a credit card and see real data before you ever pay.
Are any features locked behind higher tiers?
No. There is one plan and it includes everything: screenshots, session replay, webcam snapshots, silent mode, anomaly detection, reports, and data retention up to a year. There are no add-ons.
Is there a minimum number of seats?
No. 5 agents or 500, the price is the same $7 per active seat. No minimums, no enterprise-only features gated behind sales calls.
What happens if I don't add a payment method?
You can register agents and accumulate activity without a card. Once seats become billable, you'll be asked to add payment with a grace period. Monitoring does not shut off the moment a threshold is crossed.
How does this compare to per-user pricing?
